UR Analysis (VCA)

Objective of the session

To discuss your overall impressions of the usability of the latest iteration ‘View My Colleagues Applications’ from the perspective of your specialism: design, user research or service design.

Background

• In total, the usability sessions involved 14 different organisations varying in size.
• Approximately half were HMLR account managed with the other half or so operating without HMLR account management support.
• All accounts were familiar with ‘View my Applications’, or at least stated they were.
• The roles in the organisations’ post completion teams included admin, supervisory and directors.
